Professionalism: At Cornerstone we want a professional atmosphere. Agents who do what they say they will do and when they say they will do it. Agents who practice real estate with a spirit of honesty, integrity, and ethics.

Technology: Technology has changed the real estate industry for the better. At Cornerstone we will stay on top of technology and find the best ways to use technological innovation to benefit our clients and our brokerage.

Personal Development: There is more to life than just real estate. At Cornerstone we want well rounded agents. We want our agents to contribute to the community and benefit of others. We want agents who set goals and believe they will be successful in all they do.

Unity: We want agents who cooperate and are unified. Who work together and help one another out. In the real estate world there will always be conflicts and challenges that arise. As a unified office we can solve and overcome these challenges. The office will be a positive environment where success can thrive.

Minimum Standards for Cornerstone Real Estate Professionals

In an effort to increase and maintain the professional image that we embrace, all Cornerstone agents are required to maintain minimum standards.


These include, but will not be limited to, the following:

  • All Agents will be required to attend at least one of our office meetings per month. Wednesday 9 AM
  • All Agents will be required to earn at least $30,000 per year in Gross Commissions.
  • All Agents will be required to meet with Broker or Branch Broker twice a year to set and review individual goals.
  • All new agents will be required to attend a new agent course.
